Your expertise will directly contribute to providing exceptional service and maintaining our reputation for excellence in leak detection.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough leak detection inspections on residential and commercial pool systems.
  • Utilize specialized equipment such as electronic leak detectors, pressure testing tools, and dye testing to identify leak sources.
  • Document findings in detailed reports and communicate results effectively to customers and team members.
  • Recommend appropriate repair solutions based on inspection results.
  • Maintain all equipment in optimal working condition and ensure accurate calibration.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards while on job sites.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in leak detection or pool maintenance preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing critical leak detection and repair services. Highly skilled technicians possess the ability to analyze complex situations, formulate appropriate questions, and adhere to a systematic approach. They utilize advanced electronic equipment to identify leaks in underground piping, swimming pools, and sewer systems, among other applications.

This is a career, not just a job, with training starting at $25+/hour (depending on experience) and opportunities to grow into six-figure earnings.

Key Responsibilities Leak Detection & Repair:

• Conduct electronic leak detection for pools, spas, plumbing & fire-suppression systems, and sewer lines.

• Perform minor repairs, such as pool patches and epoxy sealing.

• Create job scope to prepare excavation repair estimates.

Sales & Customer Interaction:

• Ensure accurate reporting and communication with clients.

• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to safety protocols.

• Explain findings to customers, offering professional solutions to resolve leaks.

• Sell repair services and secure customer approval for additional work.

Administrative Duties:

• Complete service reports with detailed findings and recommendations.

• Process payments and update client records in company systems.

• Maintain proper inventory of parts and equipment.

Qualifications Must-Have

Skills:

• Ability to swim and work in wet environments (wet suits and gear provided).

• Occasionally lift up to 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces.

• Mechanically inclined with experience using power tools.
