This is what you'll be responsible for

Initially, you'll team up with a more experienced technician to train in the knowledge and skills you'll need to perform. Once you're up to speed, you'll be the face of the company and integral to providing an excellent experience for our customers.

You'll provide crucial services for our customers' homes and families. These are the things you'll be responsible for:

· Customer communication:
You'll meet customers who contact us to help them solve problems in their homes with their water and plumbing systems.

· Problem diagnosis:
Once you've thoroughly investigated and diagnosed the problem, you'll offer the homeowner options to resolve it.

· Full-house plumbing inspections:
You'll offer and conduct full-house plumbing inspections and discover other problems or potential issues. Nobody likes to have to call a plumber, so our customers appreciate our proactive suggestions to solve important problems before they happen.

· Providing repair and maintenance services:
You'll team up with other licensed plumbers on our team who will do the work that only a licensed professional is authorized to do.
