Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.

Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their HVAC needs.

Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed in a timely manner.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on the job.

Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.

Proven experience as an HVAC technician, preferably in a residential setting.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Knowledge of local HVAC codes and regulations.

EPA type 2 (required) or EPA Universal (preferred)
