Bring Homes Back to Comfortable — Starting in Freehold, NJJoin a team that values craftsmanship, clear communication, and safety. As a Home Comfort Systems Troubleshooting Technician, you’ll diagnose issues fast, repair with precision, and keep customers informed every step of the way.
What You’ll Tackle- Pinpoint faults and repair residential furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Perform routine maintenance and detailed inspections to maximize system efficiency
- Explain findings and options to homeowners in a friendly, professional manner
- Record every service call, repair, and maintenance task accurately and promptly
- Follow safety procedures and adhere to codes and regulations
- Stay current with HVAC technology, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with teammates to continually enhance service quality
- High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC technical certification is a plus)
- Hands-on experience in residential HVAC service
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work solo in the field and partner effectively with a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Working knowledge of local HVAC codes and standards
- EPA Type II required; EPA Universal preferred
