What Will I Be Doing?

Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC equipment: furnaces, AC units, and heat pumps

Conducting preventive maintenance and thorough inspections to keep systems running at their best Translating technical issues into clear next steps for homeowners

Completing timely, accurate documentation for every visit

Working safely and in accordance with codes and regulations

Keeping up with new HVAC technologies and industry practices

Partnering with a team that shares knowledge and supports your success

What Qualifications Do I Need?

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical certification preferred

Proven experience as a residential HVAC technician

Strong troubleshooting mindset with solid problem-solving skills

Clear communicator with great customer focus

Comfort operating independently and collaborating with a team Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Familiarity with local HVAC codes and compliance EPA Type II required; EPA Universal preferred
