Overview
AAA Freehold, NJ is looking for full‑time drivers to join our Roadside Assistance team. Dependable and empathetic individuals who love to help others, change flat tires, jump‑start car batteries, and work outdoors in various weather conditions are encouraged to apply.
NO CDL required. Paid Training. Hiring Immediately.
Compensation- Base rate: $27.00 - $28.25 per hour based on experience
- 10% shift differential for 2nd shift (adds $2.00+ per hour)
- Overtime and monthly bonus opportunities (potential to earn an additional $300 per month)

- At least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver s license for the state of residence and all required local licenses
- Pass a physical examination per Department of Transportation or company policy
- 3 years of experience in automotive/mechanical environment, technical school, or sales/customer service (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and using hand tools
- Successful completion of pre‑ and post‑employment screening (criminal, drug, motor‑vehicle)
- Operate passenger vehicles and light‑medium duty trucks (manual or automatic)
- Effective written and verbal communication, email usage, and GPS navigation
- Complete required departmental training within 60 days of hire and any future training as required
- Provide lock‑out, fuel delivery, battery jump‑starts, and tire change services
- Provide tow and recovery services (Tow Truck Driver position only)
- Communicate with members to keep them informed and ensure safety
- Make sound decisions regarding safe vehicle service and accommodate member needs
- Enter call information, process payments, handle cash, and complete reports as required
- Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections for safe operating condition and secure placement
- Participate in special events (parades, television, radio, and social media) supporting the brand
