Schedule

Sunday - Thursday:

  • Sunday – 6:30pm – Task complete (Shift end times can vary based on work requirements)

  • This is a full‑time job with potential for mandatory overtime.
Warehouse Operations Overview

We are responsible for performing or controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This includes functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc., and ensuring the efficient flow of products from vendors to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Follow established SOPs to process orders and accurately pick, quality check, sort, consolidate freight, build and wrap pallets, pack, load, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Cross‑train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as assigned by management.
  • Receive large boxes on the dock, scan product with RF scanner, and input product information into the computer.
  • Break down cases of product and operate heavy equipment to replenish the warehouse.
  • Utilize voice‑to‑pick system to pick large case items with material handling equipment or pick small unit‑measure items and place on cart.
  • Palletize large items to skid and wrap for shipment.
  • Pack small items in boxes.
  • Drive material handling equipment as required (e.g., order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, walkie rider).
  • Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks, maintaining a clean work environment and complying with all EHS requirements.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1‑2 years of related experience preferred.
  • 1‑2 years distribution warehouse, retail, or fast‑food experience preferred.
  • Automated or RF (Radio Frequency) warehouse experience beneficial.
  • Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (pallet jacks, cherry/order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts).
  • Ability to work standing for long periods with frequent stooping or bending.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Detail oriented, quality focused, and self‑motivated.
  • Fluent in English with ability to read and write.
  • Team work and coordination skills.
  • Fast‑paced distribution environment skills with performance quotas.
  • Flexible to work overtime as needed.
  • Adherence to site safety regulations and EHS policies.
