Part-time Supplemental Instruction Leader
Highland Community College is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for a part-time Supplemental Instruction (SI) Leader, specializing in Business and Accounting for the Fall 2026 semester. The person hired for this position will be the assigned SI leader for the Accounting & Business administration programs. This position will work approximately 12 hours per week.
Supplemental Instruction (SI) is an internationally recognized academic assistance program where SI leaders focus on helping students in selected class(es) by actively engaging them with the course material and providing support to students in at least three to five 50-minute study sessions per week throughout the semester.

Education and Experience:
Accounting coursework/work experience required, background in Business/Finance or equivalent experience in other industries.

Salary Range: $29.54 - $34.16 per hour
