We are looking for talented individuals with outstanding customer service experience to join our Donor Care Specialist team at our Freeport location. As a Donor Care Specialist (phlebotomist), you’ll play a vital role in all aspects of blood collections and donor screenings, while providing a safe and pleasant experience for our volunteer donors. This position may involve working at other fixed sites or mobile locations, offering a diverse and engaging work environment.

No previous phlebotomy experience is needed; we can provide on‑the‑job training to motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma/GED required
• CNA and clinical and/or blood collection experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Enjoy working with the public

We’re looking for individuals interested in working full‑time (30+ hours per week). The hours are Monday 10:30 am–6:30 pm, Tuesday through Thursday 7:00 am–3:30 pm, Friday 7:00 am–1:30 pm and the 2nd Saturday of the month 6:30 am–11:30 am.

Hourly wage for this position begins at $18.50/hr bilingual candidates receive a pay increase after completion of training. Additional hourly stipends are available for evening and weekend hours worked.
