Pharmacy Manager - Hospital

Northern Illinois hospital system is seeking a Manager of Regional Pharmacy
30 miles east of Freeport Multi-site pharmacy operations needs your experience. They're looking for a strategic pharmacy leader to oversee financial, operational, and quality performance across regional hospital sites.

• Be able to do the job as described.
• PharmD from an accredited college or university
• ASHP-accredited PGY2 in Health-System Pharmacy Administration (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy supervisory/management experience
• Licensed (or eligible) as a Pharmacist in Illinois

• Direct day-to-day pharmacy operations across assigned sites
• Partner with system leadership on budgeting, planning, and performance standards
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and QA initiatives
• Collaborate with medical staff and hospital departments to ensure seamless operations
• Oversee pharmacy information systems, charge systems, and inventory control
• Lead full HR functions including hiring, evaluations, and corrective actions
