OverviewSalary Range $15.00 - $24.75 Hourly Position Type Full-time; F (80) Job Shift Days Category Health Care
DescriptionJob Responsibilities
- Set-up, operate and troubleshoot anesthesia machines, monitors, and ancillary devices
- Assist licensed anesthesia provider with routine and difficult procedures
- Prepare appropriate sterile supplies, sterile field, and have knowledge of medications
- Maintain, re-order, and re-stock anesthesia supplies and equipment
- Participate in efficient case turnovers, cleaning of anesthesia equipment, and preparation of Operating Rooms prior to each surgical procedure
Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Experience:
1 – 2 years of experience (preferred but not required)
Licensure/Certification/ Registration:
American Society of Anesthesia Technologists and Technicians within 2 years of employment and CPR certification;
Certified Nursing Assistant certification required, or obtained within 6 months of hire
