As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department, including supervising a team of licensed therapists and staff. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and evaluate effective rehabilitation programs that meet the unique needs of our patients. You will work closely with our medical staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive care and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

• Manage and supervise a team of licensed therapists and support staff
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans for patients
• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to determine rehabilitation needs
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs
• Maintain accurate and timely records and reports
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Pearl Pointe policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in rehabilitation management or leadership
• Licensure in good standing as a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR/L), Physical Therapist (PT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Proven experience in program development and implementation
• Strong communication and leadership skills
