Role:

- Participate in educational programs
- Hold a Diplomate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license with insured vehicle
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in physical therapy and home health
- Ability to treat pain and improve function
- Instruct patients
- Utilize various physical agents
- Document accurately
- Collaborate with a healthcare team
- Treat patients
- Monitor responses
- Educate on device use
- Keep detailed records to support patient care
