Hourly Rate: $50–60/hour
Anthro Med Education is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time opportunity offers a flexible two-day-per-week schedule while providing district-wide behavioral support for students across K–12. You'll collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes through evidence-based behavior strategies and consultation.
What You’ll Do- Provide district-wide behavioral consultation and support across K–12 schools
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Support implementation of positive behavior supports and data-driven interventions
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
- District-wide K–12 caseload
- Collaborative role providing consultation and behavioral expertise across multiple schools
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Illinois credentials required for school-based practice, as applicable
- Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and collaborating with school teams preferred
- Strong communication, consultation, and organizational skills
- Part-time flexibility with a consistent school-year schedule
