As a Rehabilitation Department Director, you will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative oversight and support to the rehabilitation department, including budgeting, scheduling, and staff management
• Developing and implementing rehabilitation programs and services that meet the needs of our patients
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve patient-centered outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, licensure standards, and accreditation guidelines
• Fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and open communication within the department
• Building and maintaining relationships with patients, families, caregivers, and community providers

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department, including patient care, staff scheduling, and facility management
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs and services in collaboration with other departments
• Manage and supervise rehabilitation staff, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, and rehabilitation aides
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licensure standards, and accreditation guidelines
• Monitor and improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and quality metrics
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide input on departmental policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely records and reports, including patient charts and staff performance evaluations

• Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field
• Current licensure or certification in state and specialty area (PT, OT, SLP, etc.)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in rehabilitation management or leadership
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
