As a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Pearl Pointe, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients.

As a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you'll work on a flexible, as-needed basis to provide speech-language pathology services to our patients. Your expertise will help our patients overcome communication and swallowing disorders, regaining confidence and independence. You'll collaborate with our licensed therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify patients' needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement and modify speech and language therapy interventions to meet patients' needs
• Monitor patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in speech-language pathology
