• Lead, coach, and develop your team, empowering them to identify challenges and drive improvements in their daily work.
• Take full ownership of your department’s performance, ensuring your team consistently meets its goals for

• Champion a culture of

  , using root cause problem‑solving to eliminate waste and make our processes more efficient.
• Drive the creation and improvement of
  standardized work and 5S initiatives to build a safe, organized, and effective workplace.
• Build your team by interviewing, selecting, and training new members, and support their ongoing growth through clear, consistent feedback.

• 5+ years of experience as a supervisor or leader in a
  manufacturing environment
  .
• A strong understanding of
  Lean manufacturing principles
  , continuous improvement tools, and root cause problem‑solving.
• A natural ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team, with a genuine passion for developing people.
• A commitment to fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive team culture.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback.
