As an Operations Leader – 3rd Shift, you are at the heart of our success. You will be on the front line of our operations, empowered to lead a dedicated team and make the critical decisions that drive our performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

This is a role for a true coach and mentor. Your primary impact will be in developing your people, fostering a culture of teamwork and motivation, and guiding your team in problem‑solving and continuous improvement every single day.

As an Operations Leader, you are the engine of our daily operations. You will have the opportunity to:

• Lead, coach, and develop a dedicated production team, managing performance and creating a work environment that fosters morale and motivation.
• Drive daily excellence by owning your department’s performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost
  , ensuring your team meets its commitments.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by leading root cause problem‑solving activities and empowering your team to eliminate waste.
• Ensure operational stability by creating, training, and auditing standard work
  , making sure processes are followed safely and efficiently.
• Serve as the key communication link between your team, other shifts, and support departments to ensure smooth and collaborative operations.

• Experience with in a manufacturing environment

• A strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and structured problem‑solving methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  , with a proven ability to foster teamwork and drive for results.
• The ability to make sound decisions by combining data with experience and good judgment.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.

The range for this position is $77,000 to $92,000.
