Machine Setup Operator-Level 1

Job Overview

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing process by accurately setting up machines, troubleshooting minor issues, and supporting continuous production flow.

• Set up and adjust machinery and equipment to meet production specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure machine performance and product consistency.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of machine setups, adjustments, and production outputs.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Experience in machine setup and operation within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of machine tools and equipment, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in performing quality inspections and using measurement tools to ensure product accuracy.
• Familiarity with safety standards and the ability to maintain a safe working environment.
• Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve machine issues efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in machine setup or manufacturing operations.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills related to machine operation and maintenance.
• Candidate must be a U.S. person.
