We have an immediate opening for a 3rd Shift Machine Operator to join our Kits and Joining inclusive team in Freeport, IL. Machine Operators set up and operate conventional, special purpose, and numerical control (NC) machines and machining centers to fabricate and assemble metallic and nonmetallic parts. Wage Range for this position is $20.95 - $22.50 per hour, with a 10% shift premium.

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment and support workplace safety initiatives.
• Comply with all standard work procedures, control plans, processes, and quality guidelines.
• Set up, operate, and dismantle unit assembly and sub‑assembly workstations.
• Exhibit flexibility and support changes in procedures, processes, technology, responsibilities, and assignments.
• Fit and assemble parts into complete assemblies, ensuring dimensions and alignment are accurately verified.

• High school diploma or GED, or one to three months of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across various units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Capability to apply logical reasoning and comprehension to execute instructions provided in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. Frequently required to talk or hear.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Essential vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
