Compensation

The hourly range for this position is (Low: $39,200.00, Mid: $49,300.00, $54,600.00). • Set‑up and operate CNC and manual machines according to specifications and production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal output.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Assist with troubleshooting machine issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading and writing, math skills, organization, communication, team orientation, problem solving, and flexibility.
• Preferred experience:
  
  Set‑up positions and inspection certification.
• Knowledge of computers, Statistical Process Control, gauges, measuring devices, chemicals & materials, reading a route sheet, blueprints, decision making, work scheduling, troubleshooting, and quality within defined tolerances/parameters.
