Material Handler
The Material Handler supports the Hadrian manufacturing operation by safely moving, staging, and supplying raw materials and finished components used to build commercial restroom partitions and lockers. This role ensures production lines remain stocked, materials are accurately tracked, and finished goods are properly prepared for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move raw materials such as sheet metal, panels, hardware, and packaged components throughout the Hadrian production area.
- Supply production lines with materials to support machining, welding, coating, and assembly operations.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
- Stage parts and completed products for internal movement or outbound shipment.
- Perform basic inventory transactions including labeling, scanning, counting, and location tracking.
- Follow work orders, pick lists, and production schedules.
- Maintain clean, organized material storage and production areas.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and plant procedures.
Essential Skills
- Experience with inventory management and material handling.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Comfortable lifting 40lb-50lb and performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift during the shift.
- Basic ability to read work instructions and follow directions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Forklift experience helpful or willingness to be trained.

Work Environment
The work environment is a manufacturing and assembly line setting. The position is for the 1st shift, from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for up to a 10-hour shift. Hourly pay varies based on experience, with rates ranging from approximately $18.50 to $22.50.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $22.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
