Spherion Staffing and Recruiting is seeking Machine Operators for a valued client in Freeport, IL. They are a plastic manufacturing company that specializes in set components for electrical industries. As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for assembling, cleaning, inspecting and packing parts for shipment.

• Compensation: $15.00/hr.
• Shift/Schedule- 1st Shift/ 7:00am-3:00pm
• Entry-Level opportunity that provides a consistent full-time schedule and a good place to work.

• Review production sheet that lists your designated work station
• Assembling, cleaning, inspecting and packing parts into boxes for shipment
• Quality inspection on parts
• Great attention to detail and focused approach to produce a consistent, quality driven product

• Understand or comprehend written and/or oral instructions
• Posses a positive attitude and a team orientated approach to getting work done
• Possess the ability to be detail-oriented
