The ideal candidate is a versatile content creator who can manage multiple projects, learn new tools quickly, and use AI and emerging technology to work more efficiently.
Candidates should submit 3–5 examples of relevant graphic design, video, or digital work.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create print and digital graphics based on established brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Design social media graphics, digital ads, flyers, brochures, presentations, signage, email graphics, and sales materials.
- Adapt existing designs and campaign concepts into multiple sizes and formats.
- Shoot and edit short-form video content, including reels, interviews, testimonials, promotional videos, tutorials, and other digital content.
- Assist with writing, editing, and proofreading content for social media, email campaigns, websites, video scripts, and other marketing materials.
- Edit videos using appropriate pacing, captions, music, graphics, and brand elements.
- Make routine updates in Word Press websites, including updating content, images, links, forms, and building new landing pages.
- Assist with creating and preparing content for social media platforms.
- Capture photo and video content at company events, conferences, and other marketing opportunities.
- Conduct light research to support content development, industry campaigns, and creative projects.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity, accelerate project development, generate ideas, repurpose content, and support creative workflows.
- Review AI-generated work for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
- Support marketing initiatives across multiple companies, industries, and target audiences.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while communicating progress and potential roadblocks.
- Review work carefully for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- One or more years of experience in graphic design, marketing, content creation, or a related role preferred.
- Proficiency in Canva and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat.
- Demonstrated ability to create professional graphics using established brand guidelines.
- Experience shooting and editing short-form video content, with familiarity in photography, lighting, audio, and basic video production equipment.
- Working knowledge of Word Press and routine website updates.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, digital content formats, email marketing, social media scheduling, and digital advertising platforms.
- Experience using AI tools to support creative and productivity workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to receive and apply creative direction and feedback.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and willing to learn new tools, platforms, and processes.
