Dorcas Destiny International Mission:
To provide tangible, physical, financial, academic/educational, health/hygiene, and human resources to support children and women in Kenya East Africa.
This project will strengthen the fundraising infrastructure behind our mission by helping us build sponsorship strategies, partnership pipelines, and practical systems that can increase support for our programs serving vulnerable children and families in Kenya. By improving our capacity to secure sponsor ships, cultivate donors, and grow sustainable fundraising partnerships, this work can support both our immediate August 15 fundraising event and long‑term resources for feeding programs, orphan care, and community support initiatives.
Your expertise will help build tools and relationships that extend our impact well beyond a single event.
We are setting this project up for success by providing clear project goals, defined deliverables, and a focused scope tied to both our August 15 event and long‑term fundraising capacity. Our team will collaborate closely with the volunteer through responsive communication, timely feedback, and regular check‑ins, while providing organizational context, existing materials, and access to information needed to support strategy development.
We will review and implement recommendations, iterate on tools and outreach approaches with the volunteer, and assign internal ownership for carrying forward the prospecting, sponsorship outreach, and systems developed through the project. An internal project lead will serve as the primary point of contact to keep the project moving and support timely decision‑making.
