Lead Pastor | Crossroads Community Church

Crossroads Community Church is prayerfully seeking its next Lead Pastor — a spiritually mature, relationally grounded, visionary shepherd who can lead a healthy and growing multi-campus church into its next season of ministry and Gospel impact.

About Crossroads Community Church

Crossroads Community Church is a Spirit-filled, non-denominational, multi-campus church network serving rural communities throughout Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. The church currently operates six campuses with a combined weekend attendance of approximately 1,150 people and a strong culture of discipleship, collaboration, and regional ministry influence.

Crossroads exists to “transform rural communities for the cause of Christ by proclaiming the Gospel, making disciples, and developing leaders.”

The church is entering an exciting new season marked by leadership transition, renewed vision, organizational clarity, and future mission expansion. The next Lead Pastor will have the opportunity to build upon a strong foundation while helping guide the church into its next chapter of spiritual health, alignment, and disciple‑making impact.

  • Lead with humility and conviction
  • Create clarity for the future
  • Protect and strengthen church culture
  • Help the church continue reaching rural communities with the Gospel
