ResponsibilitiesAs an LPN you will ensure efficient and effective nursing care, achieve positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act and be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift including staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
Qualifications- Passion and enthusiasm for working with seniors
- Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Active, in‑good‑standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
- Prior experience as an LPN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- Professional appearance and behavior
