** As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing department, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and providing guidance and support to our nursing staff. Your exceptional leadership skills, clinical expertise, and passion for patient care will enable us to deliver exceptional results and exceed our patients' expectations.
** Responsibilities:*
* * Lead and manage a team of nurses, including RNs and LPNs, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and clinical quality
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
* Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and identify opportunities for improvement
* Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other external partners
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects
* Demonstrate expertise in nursing practice, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
** Requirements:*
* * Current RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois
