Job Description
Join a dedicated Med Surg unit in Freeport, Illinois, for a 13‑week travel assignment as an RN. This role offers the chance to work with a team that seamlessly shares responsibilities across three interconnected units—3 East, 3 North, and 2 North—handling a variety of diagnoses including post‑operative recovery, general medical conditions like CHF and COPD, cellulitis, peritoneal dialysis, and surgical wound care.
You’ll be providing patient care during 12‑hour night shifts, with an average weekly gross pay of $1,749.59. The environment is supportive of experienced RNs, and you will have the opportunity to adapt quickly by completing a comprehensive two‑shift orientation, all while working with advanced respiratory equipment such as BiPAP and Vapotherm. This assignment is unique in its scope, offering a blend of direct patient care and collaboration with telemonitoring staff, with floating flexibility to ICU or Tele units within your scope of practice.
