About the Role

As an LPN at Pearl Pointe, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual. Your duties will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff
• Monitoring resident vital signs and reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care

Requirements

• Current LPN license in the State of Illinois
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and assist with transferring residents
