Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN

As an LPN, you will provide efficient, effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction. Your duties will be governed by the state Nurse Practice Act and will include staff assignments, mentoring, and collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Provide resident care and direct nursing care during your assigned shift; manage staff assignments and mentor nursing personnel; collaborate with physicians and other professionals to deliver care; ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.

• Active, in‑good‑standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in your state of practice.
• Experience as an LPN in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• Ability to mentor and educate staff.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
