Job Overview

As a Sales Associate (Product Specialist) at Skechers, you will engage customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to store success in a fast paced retail environment.

Hourly rate starts at $17.25 and can increase up to $18.30 with regular pay reviews.

• Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products so each customer leaves satisfied.
• Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Keep the store organized by displaying, restocking and managing merchandise.
• Lift and carry shoes and boxes; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds; remain on feet most of the shift.
• Process payments accurately as cashier and ensure a positive final impression.
• Maintain knowledge of current product offerings and share details to improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Strong customer service focus and willingness to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Reliable, detail oriented, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Enthusiasm to represent the Skechers brand with energy, enthusiasm and a sense of urgency.
