• Flexible schedules: Available minimum 3 days a week; available Saturday or Sunday
• Competitive pay: Dayside/Evening starting $16.10/hr;
  Overnight $20/hr;
  Premium pay extra $1 between 6pm-6am

• Knowledge, experience, and passion for various hunting pursuits (upland, waterfowl, big game, small game, etc).
• Familiarity with sporting firearms.
• Experience in archery preferred.
• Ability to multitask and/or change tasks frequently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge, experience, and passion for fishing (both fly and spin).
• Understanding of fishing tackle and techniques.
• Familiarity with Maine fresh and saltwater gamefish species.
• Experience in paddle sports or boating.
• Ability to stand entire shift.
• Ability to multitask and/or change tasks frequently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

As a temporary, part-time Sales Guide, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Hunting or Fishing departments, delivering world-class service with a smile. You’ll be the face of the L.L.Beïn brand, engaging customers, keeping our store in tip-top shape, and fostering a spirit of teamwork. Your role will be ever-changing and exciting, adapting to the needs of the day while showcasing your product knowledge and service expertise.

• Engage Customers: Approach and assist multiple customers, providing personal and genuine service interactions.
• Drive Sales: Convert every customer interaction into a sales opportunity, driving brand loyalty through exceptional service.
• Build Relationships: Establish connections with customers, share expertise, and demonstrate a passion for learning and sharing product knowledge.
• Advocate for Customers: Listen actively to understand customer needs and solve problems efficiently at the first point of contact.
• Leverage Technology: Use Point Of Sale, and mobile devices to provide seamless, fast omni-channel service.
• Promote Initiatives: Drive excitement around L.L.Beïn sponsored programs, including Outdoor Discovery Program and the L.L.Beïn Mastercard program.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure a well-organized store, uphold visual and merchandising standards, and support store operations processes.
• Collaborate: Work as part of a team to achieve results, create a positive work environment, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Health and Safety: Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by following all safety policies and procedures.
