Seaga / Automated Merchandising Systems (AMS), a global leader in automated retail and the manufacturing of high-quality vending equipment, is seeking a dedicated National Account Manager to join our growing team. This individual will partner closely with the VP of Automated Retail Sales to identify, develop, and expand opportunities beyond traditional sales channels.

We are seeking a driven and strategic sales professional who can grow relationships with key national accounts, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth across multiple market segments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow national account business within the Automated Retail division.
  • Drive expansion and revenue growth with Canteen Corporate, franchise partners, and other targeted business sectors.
  • Promote new product development initiatives and conceptually sell innovative automated retail solutions to customers.
  • Grow and maintain sales volume by staying current with customer needs, market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively present the features, benefits, and capabilities of Seaga, AMS, and 32M products.
  • Attend and participate in industry trade shows and events after identifying and qualifying targeted vertical markets and channels.
  • Maintain accurate and effective reporting through CRM utilization, including Hub Spot management and pipeline tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong headquarters-level relationships with key national accounts.
  • Develop impactful relationships with regional and field-level stakeholders within national account customers.
  • Support national account administration through metric-driven reporting, sales analysis, and ongoing business reviews.
