Salary: $87,000 - $113,000 (commensurate with experience)

Pipeline Supply Organization (PSO) oversees the Stratton Ridge salt dome storage facility, Hobbs Fractionation Complex, and over 500 miles of pipelines in South Texas.

• Support and promote INEOS 20 Principles and maintain safety, health, and environmental compliance.
• Use laptop and devices to receive, document, and close out excavation notices during normal and after-hours.
• Read and interpret utility maps / prints to identify underground utilities (gas, electric, cable, telecom, sewer, water, street lighting, etc.).
• Operate electronic detection equipment to locate and mark underground facilities within prescribed accuracy limits.
• Perform light excavation with a shovel to expose buried utilities when required.
• Provide accurate documentation and sketches for all completed locates.
• Respond to excavation notices in accordance with established time requirements.
• Operate company vehicles safely and maintain professional appearance.
• Operate manhole entry equipment and safety devices as needed.
• Work in all weather conditions and during normal and after-hours.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

• High School Diploma or GED (equivalent).
• Two to five years of related pipeline field experience.
• Successfully complete company locator training program and pass applicable written and field tests.
• Develop general knowledge of state and local damage prevention regulations.
• Develop general knowledge of utility construction patterns and layout.
• Learn and apply safety measures related to motor vehicle operations, manhole entry, and other field matters.

• Valid state driver's license with acceptable MVR record.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks (including random drug testing post-employment).
• Must obtain TWIC.
• Must obtain access to all facilities that have INEOS pipeline assets.
