Openpay is looking for a Portfolio Associate responsible for driving efficiency and continuous improvement in the management of the Openpay project portfolio through strategic analysis, tracking of indicators, prioritization of initiatives, and coordination with key stakeholders, contributing to data-driven decision-making aligned with business objectives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Analysis:
  Evaluate quantitative data and information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement within the project portfolio.
• Alignment and Planning:
  Support in the planning, prioritization, and tracking of projects, ensuring perfect alignment with business priorities.
• Dynamic Governance:
  Collaborate in risk management and dynamic adjustment of priorities in response to organizational changes.
• KPI and OKR Control:
  Monitor key performance indicators of the portfolio and prepare executive-focused reports for senior management.
• Operational Integrity:
  Ensure real-time updating of control dashboards, ensuring that the information accurately reflects the on-the-ground reality.
• Financial Control:
  Execute administrative tracking of the Directorate's expenses and proactively alert on variations or deviations before the monthly close.
• Executive Sessions:
  Coordinate portfolio review tables and sessions with stakeholders, preparing executive material and strictly following up on agreements.
