Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO)

Location:

Spain - Naval Station Rota and Morón Air Base ECC is seeking a Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) for upcoming work in Spain, supporting ongoing and new fuels infrastructure projects at Naval Station Rota and Morón Air Base. Experience in fuels work is desired but not required. Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction documentation tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Ability and willingness to work full-time on-site in Rota or Morón, Spain.
• Three years of progressive work experience in a position directly related to health and safety
• Five years of construction experience
• Education:
  
  A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous DoD, USACE, or NAVFAC project experience.
