Data Entry​/Bid Coordination Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Transfer data from mechanical plans in PDF formats into company databases for HVAC projects

* Customer service; must have excellent written and verbal communication

* Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Proven experience with data entry

* Computer skills required:
Microsoft Outlook, Fast typing skills (ability to use a dual screen setup), Enterprise Resource Planning Software (Microsoft Navision), PDF Viewer Software Experience

* Other skills required:
High attention to detail, Ability to multitask, Team Player
