As a Physical Therapist (PT) - Per Diem, you will have the opportunity to work with our team to develop personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their highest level of function and independence.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our per diem team. As a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT), you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our patients. Your expertise will be used to design and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery, manage pain, and improve mobility.

You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.

• Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to achieve patient goals
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and conferences
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills in physical therapy modalities, including but not limited to:
  • Manual therapy
  • Therapeutic exercise
  • Electrical stimulation
  • Heat and cold therapy
  • Other relevant modalities
