MRO Team Lead

Manpower -  - Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of five skilled technicians involved in landing gear machinery MRO activities in a manufacturing environment;
Oversee MRO processes for landing gear systems including inspections, repairs, overhauls, and modifications;
Coordinate with engineering, quality control, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of MRO tasks;
Maintain documentation for all MRO activities including inspection reports, maintenance logs, and compliance records;
Lead safety, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives; track KPIs and implement corrective actions
