📍 Territory: Martin County, St. Lucie County, and surrounding areas

Work independently in a field-based role with flexibility and autonomy

Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with referral partners and healthcare providers

Be part of a team-focused, collaborative, and fun work environment

Drive meaningful impact for patients while achieving admission goals

Build, maintain, and grow a network of referral sources within your assigned territory

Establish relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, and community organizations

Implement marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and generate referrals

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth referral and onboarding process for new clients

Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records of referral trends and progress

Proven experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development (home care experience preferred)

Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

High School or better.

1 year: A minimum of 2 years healthcare sales experience working with various healthcare partners and an understanding of the overall healthcare industry.
