Senior Frontend Engineer, Core Engineering

Splice is searching for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their Core Engineering team. You’ll collaborate across teams to build new features, improve the user experience, and drive user acquisition.

• Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to build user‑centric features.
• Develop and implement high‑quality, maintainable front‑end code.
• Participate in A/B testing and experimentation to optimize the user experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date on the latest web technologies and best practices.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers.

• Strong understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with a frontend framework (Svelte or Angular preferred).
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Experience working on user acquisition strategies.
