Coordinate daily LTL shipments and dedicated truck shipments using logistics platforms, carrier portals, and email;
Oversee inbound/outbound workflows and ensure 100% accuracy of BOLs and shipping documents;
Liaison with carriers, brokers, and production teams to secure rates and ensure on-time pick-ups;
Book, track, and log shipments in the computer system; provide updates to customers and managers;
Document and file freight claims for damaged, lost, or delayed shipments
