Project Coordinator/Data Entry

Coordinate a team whose goal is to provide maintenance to certain New York City Department of Transportation (NYC DOT) street furniture assets. These assets include bicycle racks, benches, leaning bars and way finders. Specific responsibilities of the team include inspection, maintenance, repair, cleaning, installation and removal of street furniture assets.

Project Planning and Execution

• Ensure that there are adequate crews working to complete adequate amount of daily inspections of NYC DOT Street furniture as well as other assignments
• Ensure that there are adequate cleaning and maintenance supplies available to the crews
• Ensure that the crews are assigned work routes
• Assist with reviewing data relating to daily work is recorded correctly
• Assist with resolving any data issues

Team Leadership and Communication

• Conduct weekly team meetings with the maintenance and installation crews to resolve issues
• Conduct weekly meetings with the NYC DOT to obtain performance feedback
• Ensure that each crew member understands and can execute their respective role

Quality and Risk Management

• Ensure all work performed meets quality standards and client expectations
• Review completed work orders submitted by crews as required to ensure quality, accuracy

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma
• Proven experience in fast paced, multi task environment (typically 3-5 years)

Technical Skills

• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office suite
• Proficient in EXCEL
