SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant – US Based

This role requires an experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant based in the US to support, configure, and manage payroll operations across global HR landscapes.

• Configure and support SAP EC Payroll including schemas, PCRs, wage types, retro & off cycle payroll.
• Manage Payroll Control Centre (PCC) setup, validations, and issue resolution.
• Handle EC–ECP point to point integration, data replication, and monitoring.
• Support end-to-end payroll processing, finance posting, and statutory compliance.
• Conduct workshops, testing (SIT/UAT), and documentation.
• Troubleshoot payroll errors and coordinate with HR, Time, Finance & integration teams.

• 8–10+ years in SAP Payroll / EC Payroll.
• EC Payroll configuration.
• Schemas & PCRs.
• Payroll Control Center.
• EC–ECP integrations.
• Good communication and client interaction skills.

• SAP EC Payroll certification.
• ABAP debugging (basic).
• Experience with CPI / Boomi / API integrations.
• Multicountry payroll experience (nice to have).
