SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant – US Based
This role requires an experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant based in the US to support, configure, and manage payroll operations across global HR landscapes.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and support SAP EC Payroll including schemas, PCRs, wage types, retro & off cycle payroll.
- Manage Payroll Control Centre (PCC) setup, validations, and issue resolution.
- Handle EC–ECP point to point integration, data replication, and monitoring.
- Support end-to-end payroll processing, finance posting, and statutory compliance.
- Conduct workshops, testing (SIT/UAT), and documentation.
- Troubleshoot payroll errors and coordinate with HR, Time, Finance & integration teams.
- 8–10+ years in SAP Payroll / EC Payroll.
- EC Payroll configuration.
- Schemas & PCRs.
- Payroll Control Center.
- EC–ECP integrations.
- Good communication and client interaction skills.
- SAP EC Payroll certification.
- ABAP debugging (basic).
- Experience with CPI / Boomi / API integrations.
- Multicountry payroll experience (nice to have).
