Stefanini, Inc. is seeking a Deskside Technician II in Freeport, TX to provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices in a large corporate environment.
The role covers IMAC activities, hardware/software troubleshooting, data backup and migration, and after-hours support as needed. The candidate should have experience with Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, AV conferencing, and PC hardware, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.
