** Material Coordinator*

* Purpose:

* The Marshaller is responsible for the efficient management of equipment, tools, and materials within MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) materials management processes. This role ensures timely and accurate material movement, optimal inventory practices, and compliance with all relevant quality standards to support maintenance facility operations.

** Key Responsibilities*
* ** Material Management*
* + Oversee the receipt, delivery, and return of maintenance materials based on purchase orders and user reservations.

+ Ensure timely delivery of requested materials to the correct end-user locations.

+ Verify that materials received meet purchase order specifications and quantities; coordinate inspection requirements and manage related documentation.

+ Process material returns from end users, ensuring accurate SAP entries for traceability.

+ Support and monitor MRO warehouse activities including delivery, transportation, returns, and handling of special material equipment.

+ Assist with the physical inventory count as required by the Inventory Coordinator.

** Warehouse Management*
* + Support the establishment and maintenance of effective warehouse stock procedures; ensure proper binning and handling.

+ Identify and escalate warehouse facility requirements to the Inventory Coordinator as needed.

** System Updates*
* + Accurately update SAP systems for all material movements, tagging, labeling, and inventory control to ensure complete, up-to-date records.

+ Ensure prompt system entries for material receipt, inspection, and Goods Receipt Note (GRN) posting.

** Material Inspection*
* + Coordinate and document inspections of incoming materials to verify quality and quantity; issue inspection reports as required.

+ Liaise with end users to ensure prompt inspection and avoid vendor invoice delays.

** Vendor Quality Management*
* + Notify materials coordinators or sourcing specialists of discrepancies in received goods, supporting swift resolution with vendors.

** Continuous Improvement*
* + Actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of facility processes and practices, aligning with international best practices to optimize business operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
