Machine Operator Evening​/Overnight Shift in Freeport

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Polystyrene Line Operator to join our production team on the 3rd shift. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining polystyrene production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality output. Please note this is a warehouse/machine shop atmosphere; you must be able to work in such an environment.

• Operate and monitor polystyrene production lines in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance.
• Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Record production data and report any issues or deviations.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience required.
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety and operational procedures.
