Assembler - Level 3

Job Description

In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and quality of our manufacturing line by assembling components accurately and efficiently, contributing to the delivery of superior products to our customers.

• Perform assembly of components and subassemblies according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Inspect and verify the quality of assembled parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Experience in assembly or manufacturing roles with a strong attention to detail and quality.
• Knowledge of assembly tools and equipment, with the ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment while maintaining high standards.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing setting.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Hourly range: low $42,700.00, mid $53,300.00, high $62,100.00. This information serves as a general guideline.
