About the Role

As a Supervisor at The North Face, you will support the store’s leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience by coaching associates, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to store profitability.

• Lead the store leadership team in achieving sales goals and monitoring key performance indicators, ensuring individual goals are met.
• Model selling behaviors, conduct genuine customer interactions, and foster a consumer‑centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates, overseeing daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations: inventory organization, shipment processing, and timely product flow to the sales floor, while maintaining inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss prevention practices.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members, providing ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Promote community engagement through local initiatives and events.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures to foster an inclusive store environment.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1+ year(s) of retail or store leadership experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Proven ability to drive results through teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high‑performing, diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence across all levels.
• Solution‑oriented, flexible, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
• Physical ability to stand, move, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight for extended periods.

Hiring range: $19.60 – $28.51 USD per hour. Position is eligible for additional incentive awards, including an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. This part‑time or limited‑time position may offer limited benefits; detailed benefits information will be provided upon hire.
